Carlease Burke looked familiar and sure enough, she was on Hide and Seek. I think she was some sort of social worker/child advocate. She has to be present if the team interrogates minors without their parents in the room. I think this is also the episode in which the real life SecNav makes a cameo appearance, or at least was present during filming.
